Construction Notice - April & May

The City of Mt. Healthy, in partnership with Third Century Mt. Healthy and its contractor, YMS Construction, will be performing building façade improvements to the Angilo’s Pizza building, 7503 Hamilton Avenue.  The project includes awning improvements, painting, window repairs, and other building improvements.  The project will begin in early April 2024 and continue through May 2024 as weather permits.

The sidewalk will remain open to pedestrian traffic during most of the construction period.  During project phases that require machinery and/or scaffolding to perform work, the sidewalk will be marked closed.  Please pay special attention to this area to ensure your safety and the safety of workers on the construction site.

The sidewalks will remain passable outside of construction work hours.
